In the development of the Construction Guild it was important to the investing partners to establish a strong foundation of leadership based on the same principles that spawned the idea of the company to resonate throughout the entire organization.

A five member Board of Directors was established that consist of individuals who have all held key personnel positions within large companies in our industry. They have been Owners, Presidents and Directors of some of the industries finest companies. Collectively this five panel board of directors has over 100 years in the construction business and their backgrounds vary from Architecture, Construction, Development and Fabrication. Further, reinforcing the foundation which the Construction Guild sits on, is a ‘Guild’ in, and of, itself.

Two of our members from the Board of Directors lead The Construction Guild. The Executive Management Team of Vincent J McCullough, Chief Executive Officer and J. Thomas Reynolds Chief Operating Officer, has over 40 years of combined experience in the construction, development, and design industry.
